Returns

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all our products and any returns will processed within two working days of receipt.

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact our support team using the email address provided in the website footer to request a return. 

Change of mind returns: You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and a 2% restocking fee will be applied to cover handling and processing costs. 

Faulty items: Products must be returned with all included accessories. Once received, the item will be inspected within two business days and a repair, replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate.

All returned items are subject to inspection. If a returned item is found to be fully functional, used, incomplete, or shows signs of damage, tampering, unauthorised repair, parts replacement, or software modification, we reserve the right to refuse the return or adjust the refund to reflect any loss in value.

All returns are verified against the original Serial or IMEI numbers recorded at the time of sale. Non-matching serial numbers will void the return and any warranty claim.

All devices must be unlinked from any user cloud accounts prior to return, as active account locks prevent testing, processing and resale. Failure to do so will result in the return being rejected and the right to a refund being void.

Please ensure all personal data is backed up and removed before returning any device. We are not responsible for any data loss or recovery.
