Delivery

We currently deliver within Gibraltar only and do not support international or third-party forwarding services.

All orders must be shipped to a physical address within Gibraltar (no PO boxes). Orders placed with non-Gibraltar addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

Orders shipped to Gibraltar are VAT free. No VAT or standard import duties apply to these shipments. Any exceptional courier handling fees, if applicable, remain the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery is handled by FedEx and typically takes 3-4 working days from dispatch.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery. Failed delivery attempts may result in delays, re-delivery charges, or the parcel being returned to sender, with any associated costs deducted from the refund.

We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, incorrect address details, or circumstances outside our control.

Please note that warehouse collections are not available.
