Refund Policy

Refunds

Refunds are issued once returned items have been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 48 working hours of the returned item being received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or not as described.

Where applicable, any return shipping costs, re-delivery charges, or costs incurred due to failed delivery or return to sender may be deducted from the refund.
