Condition Guide - What to Expect

We keep our grading simple, consistent and transparent, so you know exactly what to expect.

All devices are fully tested and in working order unless stated otherwise. Grading refers to cosmetic condition only.

 

Brand New

Factory sealed in original packaging. Packaging may show minor signs of handling or storage.

Open Box

New item, briefly used for inspection. Supplied in opened original packaging (which may show minor signs of handling or storage) or replacement packaging. The device may show very minor cosmetic marks from handling.

Used

Pre-owned item showing visible signs of cosmetic wear. Fully tested and in working order.

 

Refurbished

Professionally tested, cleaned, and restored to full working condition. Devices may be supplied in non-original packaging and may not include all original accessories unless stated.

Grade A: Excellent

Minimal to no signs of use. Very close to new condition.

Grade B: Very Good

Light signs of use. May include small marks or light scratches.

Grade C: Good

Noticeable signs of use. Visible cosmetic wear such as scratches or marks, but fully functional.
